| Polished Brass: Whilst all our polished brass products are coated with a durable long lasting lacquer, it will be damaged if abrasive cleaners or metal polishes are used to clean the products. To maintain the lustre finish the product should be cleaned with slightly damp soft cloth. For items fitted onto exterior doors it is advisable to use a good quality wax polish after cleaning. |
| Polished Chrome: Chrome is a hard wearing finish and is virtually maintenance free. A light dusting with a non-abrasive cloth is the only maintenance required. |
| Satin Nickel and Antiqued Brass: For cleaning these finishes a light dusting with a soft dry cloth and the application of a good quality wax polish is recommended. |
| Black Powder Coated: This finish is applied to wrought iron and cast alunimium products and requires very little maintenance. Regular cleaning with a soft cloth soaked in warm soapy water is recommended. In case of chipping clean the affected area with a damp cloth and leave to dry. Using a small brush cover the chipped area with black enamel paint. |
